“James was our tour guide and he was absolutely beyond fabulous! We love him. We almost feel like he’s part of our family! He went above and beyond in every way possible! He assisted us getting in and out of the van, he got inside the van to show us things and tell us about things before we got out in the cold. He was very knowledgeable and we just thoroughly enjoyed absolutely everything about this tour and would highly recommend to anybody! He was aware that I had an eye crisis and he found the perfect eye care professional, and stayed with us and got us back to the ship on time and assisted us in getting a ride back to the ship instead of having to walk so far since my eyes were dilated.
